Authorize all expenditures of project funds to assure that costs charged are appropriate and benefit the project. If signature delegation is authorized to project staff establish regular communication with delegate to assure that charges are allocated to the correct project and in accordance with all applicable procedures, policies, regulations and rules, e.g., UNH policies, Uniform Guidance and sponsor policies.
